How do my reading credits work?
Each reading uses one key. A complete birth reading runs through every tradition you select and outputs a downloadable PDF book in your chosen language. PDF exports are free — keys are only spent on the AI synthesis itself.
Seeker (one-time, $11): 7 keys. Master ($33/month): 20 keys refilled each month. Practitioner ($88/month): read as often as you need.
My keys disappeared after I cleared my browser data.
Your key balance lives on our servers, not in your browser. Use the recovery link Stripe emailed you when you bought your keys (subject: "Your Arcana Origin reading credits are ready"). That link restores access on any device.
Can't find the email? Write to us with the email address you paid with and we'll send a fresh link.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of your charge and we'll refund any unused credits, or — at our discretion — the full purchase price. If the readings didn't deliver what was promised even after you used credits, write to us anyway. We read every refund request individually and would rather lose a sale than keep money from a disappointed customer.
Subscription cancellations: cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal link in your receipt email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep access through what you've already paid for. EU and UK consumers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our
Terms §5.
A reading failed partway through.
Refresh the page and run the reading again — the engine retries automatically on most errors. If a specific tradition fails repeatedly, run it alone (click that tradition's button) so the failure is isolated. If it still fails, email us with the tradition name and we'll investigate.
No key is spent on a failed call. Your balance is refunded automatically.
Can I read in my language?
The Book PDF can be translated into English, Spanish (Castilian), French, Portuguese (European), German, and Italian. Pick the language in the engine before generating the book — translation is free and doesn't burn a key. Existing readings stay cached, so you can switch languages back and forth.
I'm a practitioner — can I read for my clients?
Yes. The Practitioner tier ($88/month) is built for daily practice and client work. You can run unlimited readings, switch languages freely, and download branded PDFs to share. We don't gate downstream use.
If you want to white-label or embed readings into your own practice tools, write to us — we'll work something out.
My subscription renewed but my keys didn't refill.
Renewals refill keys automatically within ~1 minute of Stripe billing you. If it's been more than an hour after a successful renewal and your balance hasn't refreshed, email us with your subscription ID (from the receipt) and we'll restore it manually.
I bought keys but never got a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder — receipts come from receipts@stripe.com and sometimes get filtered. If it's not there, your card may have been declined silently. Email us with the date and amount and we'll check the charge state.
