What's the difference between Seeker and Master?
Seeker ($11) is a one-time purchase — 7 keys that never expire, 10 Oracle messages included. Master ($33/month) refills 20 reading keys and gives the Oracle 8 questions every day. If you'll run more than 2 readings a month or expect to keep the Oracle conversation open, Master is the better economics.
What is an Oracle message?
The Oracle is a chat interface that already knows your chart. You can ask anything — "what does my Mayan day-sign teach me about my work?", "where in my chart does my hardest pattern come from?", "what does the convergence between Vedic and tarot suggest?" — and get answers grounded in your actual computed data. One question = one message. The Oracle remembers context across the conversation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, self-serve in two clicks. Open
Your Account and press "Manage subscription" — it takes you to your secure Stripe billing page where you can cancel, update your card, or download invoices. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep everything you've paid for. Prefer email?

Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase. Email us and we'll refund any unused keys (or, at our discretion, the full purchase price). EU and UK consumers retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full policy in

What happens to my keys if I cancel Master?
Keys earned during your active subscription remain usable through the end of that billing period. After the period ends, monthly key refresh stops. If you re-subscribe later, refresh resumes on the new billing cycle.
Can I gift a subscription?
